Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product strategy and roadmap development for security solutions portfolio
- Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, marketing) to execute product vision
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify security innovation opportunities
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage backlogs using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with security architects to ensure product compliance with industry standards
- Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for new security product launches
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure product performance and ROI
Kualifikasi
- MBA or Master's degree in Product Management, Technology Management, or Cybersecurity
- Minimum 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching security products or SaaS platforms
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, and compliance requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with experience working alongside engineering teams
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English with excellent presentation skills
