Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement the corporate sustainability and business excellence strategy.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Design and oversee continuous improvement programs, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify strategic opportunities for growth.
- Manage stakeholder engagement to promote sustainability goals across all levels of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of professionals dedicated to process optimization and change management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate development, strategy consulting, or operations management.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sustainability strategies and ESG frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven track record in leading organizational change and managing large-scale improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
