Unilever Indonesia, a global leader in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B&W Deputy Social Commerce Manager (TikTok) to join our transformative Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) division. As the architect of our social commerce narrative on TikTok, you will be responsible for unlocking the full potential of this high-growth platform for our portfolio of world-class beauty and personal care brands.
This role is more than just managing a store; it is about pioneering a new era of shopping where entertainment seamlessly meets conversion. You will own the end-to-end strategy for TikTok Shop, with a laser focus on building a robust ecosystem of affiliates, managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and driving highly engaging livestream experiences that captivate audiences and convert them into loyal customers.
You will dive deep into data to understand complex consumer behaviors, optimize content and advertising strategies, and manage budgets to maximize Return on Investment (ROI). Success in this role requires a unique blend of rigorous e-commerce management, sharp social media intuition, and exceptional creative flair. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, creative, and supply chain to create a seamless omnichannel experience that drives real business impact.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of TikTok Shop storefronts for our portfolio of Beauty & Wellbeing brands.
- Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs).
- Plan, execute, and optimize livestreaming schedules and content to drive maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, customer insights, and platform trends to continuously refine our social commerce strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the demand stream (affiliates & livestream) execution to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual assets and product listings that resonate with the TikTok audience.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging platform features to ensure Unilever remains at the cutting edge of social commerce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in social commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop.
- Proven track record of managing affiliate programs and executing successful livestream campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, algorithm, and best practices for social selling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of creativity and a passion for the beauty and personal care industry.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
