Cheetham Salt Indonesia, a trusted leader in the salt industry, seeks a dynamic B2B Business Development Specialist to drive growth in our industrial raw materials division. This critical role involves expanding our market presence for high-quality salt products across Jakarta and surrounding regions. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in commodities or industrial raw materials. You'll collaborate closely with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction, while contributing to our mission of becoming Indonesia's preferred salt supplier.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new B2B clients in industrial sectors requiring raw salt materials
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in assigned territory
- Conduct regular client visits to build relationships, understand needs, and identify upselling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis reports, and performance metrics for management review
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the salt market
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial/commodities sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating cross-functionally
- Valid driver's license and willingness for frequent client visits across Jakarta
