Seven Events is looking for a dynamic and data-driven B2B Exhibition Marketing Manager to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our exhibition success, crafting integrated marketing campaigns that captivate audiences, attract premium exhibitors, and elevate our brand presence in the industry.

You will be responsible for the full-funnel marketing strategy, from lead generation and exhibitor acquisition to post-event engagement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies for B2B exhibitions to achieve visitor and exhibitor acquisition targets.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, including digital advertising, email marketing, content strategy, and social media outreach.
- Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with industry associations, media partners, and key stakeholders to broaden market reach.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and attendee data to optimize ROI and improve marketing effectiveness for future events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral and lead generation campaigns for exhibitor acquisition.
- Manage the event marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources across various marketing channels.
- Oversee the creative development of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement across all touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the exhibition, trade show, or corporate event industry.
- Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns and delivering measurable lead generation results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with external partners.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian B2B landscape and professional networking dynamics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
