Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B business opportunities within the creative and design sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and project proposals.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into creative solutions.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the design or creative agency industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client retention strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English (for international business).
- A proactive mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
