Are you a driven sales professional looking to make an impact in the automotive and financial sector? Mandiri Andalan Utama is seeking a dedicated CMO for BRI Finance to manage new car, used car, and Multiguna financing offers. In this role, you will directly engage with potential borrowers, guiding them through the financing process and closing deals that drive business growth. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate the value of our financial products and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct direct sales presentations for BRI Finance products, including new cars, used cars, and Multiguna financing.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and financial needs to recommend the best financing solutions.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and follow up on leads effectively.
- Collaborate with the internal finance team to expedite loan approvals and disbursements.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive proposals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience in sales, particularly within the automotive or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is preferred.
- Proactive attitude and self-motivation to achieve personal and team goals.
