Pinhome, a leading property-tech company, is seeking a high-energy B2B Telemarketing Intern to join our Home Services division. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and the fast-paced world of B2B sales within a high-growth startup environment.

As an intern, you will play a vital role in expanding our network by connecting with business partners and service providers. You will receive mentorship, refine your communication skills, and contribute directly to the growth of our innovative Home Services platform. If you are passionate about sales, persuasive in your communication, and eager to learn the ropes of professional outbound engagement, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B partners and vendors in the Home Services sector.
  • Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline for the team.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of Pinhome’s Home Services platform to prospective partners.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all outreach activities and prospect interactions in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and provide necessary information to potential service providers.
  • Assist in gathering market insights through direct feedback from prospects.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and a resilient mindset when handling objections.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
  • Ability to work full-time in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a startup culture.
