Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to reach potential B2C customers in the Malang area.
- Provide comprehensive information and consultations regarding our car rental service packages and promotions.
- Proactively generate leads through field activities, networking, and digital engagement.
- Maintain a high level of customer service excellence to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain company reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C sales, retail, or the automotive/transportation industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to work toward sales targets and deliver results under pressure.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and own transportation.
