- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to customers in the baby shop
- Product knowledge and recommendations for baby items, clothing, and accessories
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
