Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs for banking applications.
- Collaborate with system architects to refine and implement system designs that ensure scalability and security.
- Ensure consistency and efficiency across backend and end-to-end solutions.
- Integrate backend services with internal databases, external APIs, and third-party financial services.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and database queries to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and agile team rituals to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in backend development, preferably in a financial or enterprise-level environment.
- Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
