In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries via phone calls with a focus on empathy and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a professional and courteous tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good command of the English language (both oral and written).
- Strong listening skills and the ability to interpret customer needs.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing requirements.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
