Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
  • Accurately process transactions, update account information, and perform data entry tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with different internal departments (Tech Support, Billing, Operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors.
  • Adhere to data privacy and security guidelines, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2 years of college education (completed or ongoing). Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience, specifically in Non-Voice or Back Office support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Word) and basic computer navigation.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig City.
  • Must be amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
