- Process and manage customer inquiries and requests received via email, chat, or other non-voice channels with accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform data entry, verification, and maintain accurate customer records and operational logs in internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, discrepancies, or service-related concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Prepare and analyze reports, summaries, and dashboards of operational activities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
- Assist in the documentation, review, and continuous improvement of back-office processes and workflows.
- Identify and appropriately escalate complex or critical issues to senior staff or management for timely resolution.
- Contribute positively to a cohesive team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed to achieve departmental goals.
Kualifikasi
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (or equivalent educational attainment).
- Previous experience in a BPO, customer service, or back-office operations environment is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written communication and comprehension skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
