Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in the screening and shortlisting of candidates for various positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with applicants.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases and HR records accurately.
  • Support the recruitment team with market research and competitor analysis.
  • Handle basic inquiries from potential clients and candidates.

Kualifikasi
