Tanggung Jawab
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in the screening and shortlisting of candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication with applicants.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and HR records accurately.
- Support the recruitment team with market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle basic inquiries from potential clients and candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and assist in onboarding processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills.
