Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing voice calls professionally and courteously.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in the system.
- Resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions and following up when necessary.
- Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality standards.
- Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to improve performance.
- Collaborate with team leads and other support staff to ensure seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate (SHS) or College Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web-based applications.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be willing to work in shifts (day, night, or graveyard shifts).
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and strong work ethic.
