Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to Shaw customers via voice channels
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining service quality
- Continuously improve product knowledge and service skills
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent educational attainment
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- No prior BPO experience required - training will be provided
