Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of pharmacy inventory, including receiving, checking, and storing stock.
- Manage and update patient records and internal databases with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the billing and cashier team by preparing invoices and handling financial documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for pharmacy operations.
- Assist in the organization of promotional materials and marketing assets.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in any related field; candidates with a background in Pharmacy or Business Administration are preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or retail environment.
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
