- Design and develop backend services for ride-hailing applications using microservices architecture
- Implement real-time tracking systems with geospatial algorithms for driver-passenger matching
- Optimize database queries and API performance for high-traffic transaction processing
- Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability through robust backend infrastructure
- Collaborate with frontend teams and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Integrate third-party services for mapping, payment processing, and communication
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Java, Python, Go, or Node.js
- Proficiency in geospatial technologies and real-time systems (Redis, Kafka, WebSocket)
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching mechanisms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration testing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in remote teams
