We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Backend Engineer to join our growing development team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable server-side applications that power our core business services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java development, a deep understanding of enterprise-grade frameworks like Spring, and a passion for clean, maintainable code. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Frontend Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps, to deliver robust features and ensure high system performance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for large-scale user traffic.
- Integrate and manage relational (Oracle) and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and delivery.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code while adhering to established design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with Java.
- Proven expertise in Java Frameworks, with a strong focus on Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Solid experience working with Oracle Database (SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with Design Patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with API design (RESTful/GraphQL) and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
