Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming calls and WhatsApp communications professionally.
  • Assist in the pre-sales process by gathering detailed client requirements and preparing quotations.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with 100% accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the sales department with logistics and scheduling as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer support, or a backend sales role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software or database management systems is highly preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
