Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and control backhoe machinery to excavate, trench, backfill, and grade land according to project specifications
- Perform routine maintenance checks on hydraulic systems and equipment components
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all operations
- Collaborate with ground crew to coordinate excavation activities and site logistics
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate land preparation
- Document daily equipment usage and maintenance logs
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment setup as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating backhoes or similar heavy equipment
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification (e.g., DOLE-accredited)
- Knowledge of soil types, excavation techniques, and land grading principles
- Ability to read construction blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude for basic hydraulic system troubleshooting
- Physical stamina to operate machinery in various weather conditions
- Commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance
- Valid driver's license with clean record
