Tanggung Jawab
- Operate backhoe machinery safely and efficiently to excavate dirt, rock, sand, and other materials
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of backhoe equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate excavation and site preparation
- Collaborate with construction team members to coordinate excavation activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor immediately
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed to support project completion
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience operating backhoe machinery and other heavy equipment
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license
- Knowledge of excavation techniques and construction site safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
