Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using enterprise software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
