Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods following standardized recipes
- Monitor baking equipment and maintain optimal temperature settings for consistent results
- Decorate and present baked goods to meet visual quality standards
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols in all preparation areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules
- Develop new recipes and improve existing products based on customer feedback
- Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar pastry role (minimum 1 year)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, equipment operation, and ingredient properties
- Ability to follow recipes precisely while adapting to production demands
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality consistency
