As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you'll craft authentic Italian breads, pastries, and desserts that delight our discerning clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake authentic Italian breads, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes
- Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and flavor profiles
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all baking operations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to meet daily production demands
- Develop seasonal menu items incorporating local Balinese ingredients
- Train junior bakers on techniques and procedures
- Optimize baking processes for efficiency and waste reduction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years professional baking experience in Italian cuisine
- Expert knowledge of bread fermentation, lamination, and dessert techniques
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (HACCP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and visual presentation skills
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 20kg)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Portfolio of baking work samples required
