Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and specialty items according to recipes
- Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Maintain clean and organized baking equipment and workspace
- Collaborate with team members on daily production schedules
- Develop new recipes and seasonal offerings
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar pastry role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
