Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake bread, cakes, croissants, danishes, and puff pastry according to recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Assist the Head Baker or Pastry Chef in preparing ingredients and dough.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality.
- Decorate pastries and cakes to enhance visual appeal.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored properly.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook, or Commis Pastry is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, especially Viennoiserie and pastry arts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
