Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily functionality and performance of bakery-specific application software and POS systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing technical support and resolving application-related queries.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure staff proficiency in using new features and software updates.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to identify process improvements and implement necessary software modifications.
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting within application systems to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and user privacy standards while handling sensitive business data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in application support, technical representation, or software training.
- Familiarity with business management software, ERP solutions, or inventory management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and assist diverse operational teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail when handling data and reports.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines within a contract-based framework.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
