Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work area, strictly adhering to all food safety and health regulations.
- Operate bakery machinery and equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and slicers, safely and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, and communicate shortages to management promptly.
- Assist in the packaging, weighing, and attractive display of finished products for sale.
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and opening/closing the bakery area.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment during peak hours.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
