Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake assorted breads, pastries, and confections following recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ingredient ordering, receiving, and rotation
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and order processing
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and service demands
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain attractive product displays
- Support new product testing and seasonal menu implementations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary/baking certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food service or bakery environment
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
