Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with product selection.
- Maintain an inviting and organized storefront, ensuring display shelves are well-stocked and clean.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) operations, including cash handling and electronic payments accurately.
- Package bakery products safely and aesthetically for customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low stock items.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with light kitchen prep tasks or basic baking finishing when required.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, F&B, or a bakery environment is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as per the duty roster.
- Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
