The Balance Sheet and Statistical Reporting team at Macquarie plays a crucial role in delivering accurate and timely reporting to external stakeholders and internal management. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Asset Management division and ensure the integrity of our financial data.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards. You will work closely with various business units to provide insightful statistical analysis and support the strategic decision-making process. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations and statistical reports on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all financial data is reported in compliance with IFRS and Macquarie Group internal policies.
- Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual statutory financial statements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset management performance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, or asset management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
