Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and monitor bancassurance sales performance to achieve regional and individual KPIs.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key stakeholders at partner banking branches.
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training and sales motivation programs for bank staff.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Conduct regular branch visits to provide on-ground support and coaching to the sales force.
- Ensure all sales practices adhere to internal compliance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry, specifically within a Bancassurance environment.
- Proven track record of managing banking partnerships and driving sales growth in the Malaysian market.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess relevant professional insurance qualifications (e.g., MII, CII, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of life insurance products, investment-linked plans, and protection solutions.
