Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily bank reconciliation activities and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows related to bank transactions.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements to support month-end closing activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and banking partners to resolve transactional issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all audit-related financial activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of accounting operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in bank accounting or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactional data.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial compliance standards.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
