Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily banking administrative tasks and documentation processing.
- Maintain and update confidential client records in the internal database with high precision.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and relevant documentation for departmental review.
- Support the team in meeting operational KPIs and maintaining service quality standards.
- Handle incoming inquiries and ensure timely escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform data entry and document verification to ensure compliance with banking policies.
- Coordinate between various internal departments to facilitate workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in administrative or banking support roles is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Able to commit to the full duration of the 6 to 12-month contract.
