Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to departmental banking teams.
- Manage data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping in compliance with banking regulations.
- Coordinate internal communications and schedule meetings as required.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and handle basic inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc administrative projects and operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to commit for a contract duration of 6 months or 1 year.
