- Update and maintain accurate customer records within the internal database.
- Inform customers about bank products, services, and promotional offers.
- Adhere to all banking compliance and security protocols during interactions.
Kualifikasi
- No formal work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and Mandarin, if applicable).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM systems.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week, including weekends or public holidays (rotational shifts).
