Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from banking customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple banking software systems to update records and retrieve account data.
- Educate customers on various digital banking platforms and self-service tools.
- Maintain compliance with banking security protocols and data privacy regulations at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a desire to learn banking operations.
- Able to commit to the upcoming June/July 2026 intake.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and typing skills.
