Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from banking customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Navigate multiple banking software systems to update records and retrieve account data.
  • Educate customers on various digital banking platforms and self-service tools.
  • Maintain compliance with banking security protocols and data privacy regulations at all times.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and empathetic approach to customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment.
