- Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and transaction issues
- Process account updates, transactions, and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Adhere to banking regulations and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal/written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Ability to work in a high-pressure call center environment
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
