Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer calls regarding banking services, products, and account inquiries
- Provide accurate information on banking procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Resolve customer issues through effective problem-solving and solution-oriented communication
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security guidelines for financial data
- Collaborate with banking specialists to escalate complex customer cases
- Continuously update knowledge on banking products and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- 1-2 years of contact centre or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of banking operations and financial terminology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
