Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls from Singapore-based banking customers with professionalism.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, account inquiries, and transaction statuses.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols as per banking regulations.
  • Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to response time and service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and database navigation.
