Tanggung Jawab
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls from Singapore-based banking customers with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, account inquiries, and transaction statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols as per banking regulations.
- Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to response time and service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A customer-centric attitude with a passion for helping people.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database navigation.
- Ability to work in shifts (if required) and adapt to a dynamic office environment.
- Prior experience in a call center or financial services environment is an added advantage but not mandatory.
