Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding banking products, services, and account inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers about banking procedures and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Process transactions and assist with account management tasks as required
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- Continuously update knowledge of banking products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a banking or financial services environment
- Excellent communication skills with clear and articulate speech
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computers and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability for morning shifts (AM)
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous
