Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding banking products, account services, and transaction verification.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and efficient resolutions.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM systems.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols as required in the financial industry.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex billing or account issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest banking products, policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including CSAT and Average Handle Time.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 months of professional experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Candidates with prior financial or banking account experience are highly encouraged to apply.
