Tanggung Jawab
- Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and transaction records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances
- Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records
- Maintain documentation of reconciliation activities and audit trails
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of banking reconciliation experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial tasks
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
