In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing key Health & Welfare (H&W) banking, reconciliation, and billing processes.
You will ensure that our financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards. By maintaining rigorous oversight of bank accounts and reconciling discrepancies, you will play a crucial role in the financial health of the organization. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accounted for accurately.
- Manage and process Health & Welfare (H&W) billing cycles and invoicing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external banks and auditors to maintain healthy banking relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking, reconciliation, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Health & Welfare billing processes is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Working knowledge of Philippine banking regulations and compliance standards.
