- Manage and restock bar inventory to ensure continuous availability of beverages and supplies
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards for bar surfaces, equipment, and glassware
- Support bartenders during service by preparing garnishes, ice, and drink components
- Organize and arrange bar tools, bottles, and supplies according to established standards
- Assist in bar setup before opening and breakdown after closing shifts
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to management
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous bar support or beverage service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage categories
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
