Tanggung Jawab
- Provide primary healthcare services including immunizations, wound care, and basic health assessments
- Conduct health education sessions on nutrition, sanitation, and disease prevention
- Assist in maternal and child health programs including prenatal and postnatal care
- Monitor and report disease outbreaks and environmental health hazards
- Coordinate with barangay officials on health initiatives and emergency responses
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation of community health activities
- Refer patients to appropriate healthcare facilities when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Barangay Health Work (BHW) or equivalent training
- At least 1 year of experience in community health or healthcare setting
- Must be a resident of Ilocos Region
- Basic knowledge of public health principles and primary care
- Strong communication skills in local dialects and Filipino
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPR and first aid certification preferred
- Valid government-issued ID and health clearance
