- Stock and maintain bar inventory including spirits, mixers, ice, and garnishes
- Ensure bar surfaces, equipment, and storage areas meet hygiene standards
- Support bartenders during service by preparing ingredients and glassware
- Manage waste disposal and recycling protocols
- Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service during events
- Adhere to safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Kualifikasi
- Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and bar operations
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
