We are expanding our operations in the vibrant areas of Canggu and Seminyak, Bali, and we are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Barcrew member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and enjoys their time at our venue. Whether you are crafting delicious beverages or managing the bar setup, your contribution will directly impact our guests' satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails and mocktails, following standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including cleaning glasses, equipment, and workspaces.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to the management team.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the wider service team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours and events.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic mixology techniques and cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Valid working permit (IMKA) for Indonesia is required.
